Buyer Beware when Ashley Furniture Homestore in Chattanooga, TN
One of the worse buying experience I've ever had. Issued almost $3000.00 for our living room set.
The sales people are selling flat out of you, to get, change the price on what they quote you if you decide to buy, when I called them on it saying it oh made a mistake. They give you a delivery date, then after purchasing it changing. When it was brought to their attention, it was made a mistake oh we. The price rose on the furniture, which was clearly marked as she wrote until the order of reply oh it must of mismarked was. Then wait and wait for your furniture to be delivered.
3 of the 5 pieces have been delivered incorrectly. The quality of its furniture is terrible.
The leather a scratch and they need it with some very clearly visible dye had covered. The $500.00 coffee table has nicks and an 18 inch scratch along the top edge. These were not delivery problems only used bad pieces of wood in the construction process. At the end also nicks and dents table all over him.
Here is a good one, the one they told us it about 3 days would take to assemble the furniture after they received it. I asked what put together and they said that it comes in the apartment. I of course asked and she said, oh yes, we have put them together. Assemble again said. Screw turns it out 2 days on the knobs what in my house Act we have the Assembly instructions.
Ashley home furniture store took what could have been a pleasant experience and turned it into a total nightmare.
Here is the funny part. You were the best of the best in Chattanooga.
Be careful with this dubious business.
You take your hard earned money somewhere else there are many other good furniture stores in and around the Chattanooga area.
